Statement Regarding Warranty

Ford Distributing, Inc. ("Ford Distributing") is a distributor ONLY of agricultural and industrial equipment, including attachments and replacement parts. Each manufacturer we represent provides warranties for their products as follows:

Manufacturer's Warranty Policies

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS: As a distributor, Ford Distributing makes no warranty of its own regarding products purchased from Ford Distributing.
2. WARRANTY CLAIMS: To obtain warranty service, the Purchaser must
• Report the product defect to Ford Distributing and request repair prior to the expiration date of the applicable warranty term;
• Show evidence, satisfactory to Ford Distributing, of a warranty start date; and
• Make the product available to Ford Distributing within a reasonable time period prior to expiration of the warranty period. In addition,
• All Dealers will warranty their technicians' work to the Purchaser and will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ford Distributing from such claims.
3. DISCLAIMER: FORD DISTRIBUTING MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT APPLICABLE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE PERIOD OF WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR SET FORTH ABOVE. THE PURCHASER'S ONLY REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE BREACH OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY WARRANTY FOR ANY ITEMS SOLD BY FORD DISTRIBUTING ARE THOSE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR SET FORTH ON THIS PAGE. IN NO EVENT WILL FORD DISTRIBUTING BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
