Ferri MT Series flail mowers are designed for rugged use on the farm or in a commercial application. Machines are normally fitted with free swinging hammer blades, but flail blades can be mounted on the same rotor. Both options offer excellent grass cutting ability, while the hammer blades will handle brush and tougher cutting conditions.
Feri MT Series flail mowers are designed to be centrally mounted, or offset to the right hand side of the tractor. Each machine features double skin construction so that rocks and debris will not damage the outer hull. Mowing height is controlled with an adjustable rear roller, and side skids help protect the machine end flanges from wear.
Equipped with heavy hammer blades, the machine will cut brushy material up to 1-¾", and leave a smooth finish on grass as well. Optional Y-flails can be used if cutting grass is the main application.
