This is a weld-on adapter plate to convert attachments for use with specific John Deere tractor front-end loader models. 

Now you can use old attachments on your new Deere loader. Convert buckets, pallet forks and hay spears with ease. Other attachments that may be useful on a front end loader include snow blades or pushes, landscaping tools like rippers and graders, or brush grapples.
