FERRI MKD2500 FLAIL MOWER, 85-130 HP RANGE

Ferri MKD is a professional model flail mower designed for maintenance of large open areas. The unique feature of the MKD mower is that it can be mounted on the front of a tractor and pushed, or mounted on the 3-point hitch and used in a traditional way. There is no modification of the mower when switching from rear to front (although a different PTO shaft may be required to suit the tractor PTO configuration).

Hydraulic side shifting is standard with one set tractor remotes required. The main frame is constructed with a durable inner shell to add additional strength and protect the exterior from rock strikes. The main gearbox is set up for clockwise rotation for 3-point mounting, and counter clockwise rotation for front mounting.

Fitted with hammer blades, the machine can handle brush up to 2" in diameter, making this an ideal machine for serious mowing jobs and wide area maintenance.
