SAMASZ FRONT MOUNT DISC MOWER, ROLLER CONDITIONER

The SaMASZ KDF-W front mount disc mower is equipped with a rubber roller conditioner for increasing the drying speed of alfalfa and clover forage crops. The KDF mower is supported on a centrally mounted spring loaded frame, which provides even ground pressure across the cutter bar and allows for high mowing speeds.

High capacity mowing discs are equipped with a quick change blade system. The PerfectCUT cutter bar has many advantages including discs with a special shape to improve crop flow and reduce working load. Individual blade hub modules are easy to service and replace if necessary. The SafeGEAR system provides shear key protection for the hub assembly, stout sealed bearings and the ability to service in the field.

Standard mowing height ranges from 1.75" to 2.75" (4.5 to 7 cm). Topping skids can be installed to increase the mowing height from 2.5" to 3.5" (6 to 9 cm). Double topping skids increase the mowing height from 3" to 4.75" (8 to 12 cm).

Most applications of the KDF front mount mower combine the unit with a KDD dual sided rear disc mower for full triple gang mowing which will increase productivity to an exceptional level.
