SITREX DM7-S DISC MOWER, 9' CUTTING WIDTH

The SITREX DM-S range of disc mowers, which includes 6-, 7- and 8-disc models, fits the requirements of both small and large farms. DM-S disc mowers were introduced in 2014, and feature a completely redesigned hitch and cutter bar for these larger models.

High quality pinions, bearings, discs and knives, guarantee the best reliability under heavy working conditions. The cutting disc shape offers these benefits: better unloading of forage; excellent overlapping of the knives; and a clean and regular cut. Moreover, a warped knife cannot touch the adjoining disc and there is no risk of foreign matter getting in between two discs and clogging the machine. The knives are made of high quality steel and rigorously tested, and the helicoidal shape of the knife guarantees a perfect cut.

The articulating hitch is designed to adapt easily to the ground contours, allowing you to cut along edges and slopes without problems. A break-away safety feature allows the mowing unit to release if an obstacle is encountered. This mechanism is reset simply by briefly reversing the tractor.
