SLIP CLUTCH ASSEMBLY, ROTARY CUTTER

This slip clutch adapter replaces the shear pin protection on standard duty rotary cutters. This clutch has a round bore hub which fits over the input shaft of the rotary cutter and is held on with a cross bolt. The implement yoke slides over the input shaft of the clutch, and is also held in place with a cross-bolt. Once installed, the slip clutch friction discs will slip at a certain torque setting which provides protection to the drive train if the operator hits an obstacle.
