Tractor mounted V-Ripper for digging deep and breaking up hard pan for improved soil drainage and structure.
All R3 Series V-Rippers are equipped with a Category 1 three point hitch and 3 shanks. R3 Rippers are manufactured by Northstar Attachments in Yakima, Washington.
Sundown R3 Series Rippers are equipped with 3 x 23" long shanks. All ripper shanks are protected with shear bolts and have replaceable shank points. They are ideal for fracturing hard soil at depths up to 18" below the surface.
Minimum horsepower requirement for the R3-50 is approximately 30 PTO horsepower. Maximum horsepower for the R3 series is 60 PTO HP.
Note: this item is shipped knocked down and will require at least one hour of assembly time.
