This is a new OEM Meyer Adapter Headlight Harness Kit 07221. This Kit is used with the Nite Saber Lights with the Dodge Ram Sport Quad Headlamps for 1999 and later US & Canadian Models. Also use this Kit with HB5, HB1, H9007 & H9004 Headlight Bulbs.
