Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We will occasionally ship directly from the manufacturer to optimize lead times, which will prevent us from being able to provide precise tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

Please provide a valid street address during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to Canada.
Please note:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
For packages damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.
