This is a new Meyer OEM EZ Plus or Diamond MDII plow mounting carton 17123 for 1994-2002 Dodge Rams 4 x 4 models 2500 and 3500. It is also used for 1994-1996 and 1999-2001 Dodge Ram 4 x 4 model 1500.
 
This mounting carton contains a rear brace, hanger, left side and right side, plus hardware kit. This mounting carton 17123 contains the frame brackets, and if you need a clevis, it is sold separately.
